Toll-free calls to Israel and Palestinian territories have been extended to 30/09/2024.
Following our previous communication, Toll free calls to Israel and Palestine was scheduled to end on 30 June 2024. We will be extending this support up to and including the 30 September 2024, in alignment with the rest of Telstra.
In light of recent distressing events overseas, all MATE mobile services can make toll-free calls to Israel, the Palestinian Territories and Afghanistan from within Australia.

At MATE, we understand the profound importance of communication during these times and we want customers to connect with their loved ones without the burden of additional costs.
Therefore, all MATE mobile services can make toll-free calls to Israel and the Palestinian Territories from Australia as of 12:00AM AEDT on Friday 13 October 2023 to 11:59PM AEDT on Monday 30 September 2024.
