Introducing our self-care portal!

Our MATE self-care portal is now available! The MATE self-care portal allows you to:

  • Update your account payment details;
  • Make a manual payment;
  • Request a payment extension;
  • View a full history of your tax invoices;
  • Change your plan(s);
  • Activate a mobile SIM;
  • See an overview of your MATE services;
  • Change your account login password (for both the myMATE app and self-care portal).

Log in to self-care

To access the new MATE self-care portal, you can log in by visiting the following link: mymate.letsbemates.com.au. The self-care portal is accessible via desktop or mobile devices.

You will require the following details to log in:

  1. Your MATE code/account number;
  2. Your account password.

If you don’t know your account password, you can click here to recover your password by receiving a text message on your mobile.
