What is MATE mobile’s returns policy?
MATE is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and provides a returns policy for mobile SIM plans.
If you have placed an order for a physical MATE mobile SIM card and don’t wish to activate the SIM or change your mind, you can claim a refund of the upfront plan fee that was processed.
The refund will exclude $10.00 for postage and handling costs.
There is no need to return the SIM card to us if you do not wish to activate the SIM.
