Plus, new high-speed Fixed Wireless plans are now available with MATE, giving you even more options to stay connected!

nbn Fixed Wireless – Installation process

Getting connected via Fixed Wireless with MATE is a breeze! Search your address on our website to see what nbn plans your address is eligible for or give us a call on 13 14 13 to speak with one of our Aussie-based team!

If you are living in a new property, or a property connecting to the nbn network for the first time; in most cases, you can be connected within 28 days of placing an order with us at MATE. The standard installation process involves an approved nbn technician coming to your home to set everything up.

nbn Fixed Wireless service that can perform to a maximum of 100Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. This plan is currently accessible to all residents on nbn Fixed Wireless technology and offers typical busy period speeds (7pm – 11pm) of 48Mbps download and 8Mbps upload.

🌐 No Worries Wireless | (based on nbn Fixed Wireless Home Fast – NEW)
nbn Fixed Wireless service that can perform to a maximum of 200-250Mbps download and 10-20Mbps upload. Available to approximately 90% of the upgraded Fixed Wireless coverage area and offers typical busy period speeds (7pm – 11pm) of 90Mbps download and 8Mbps upload.

📡 Fair Dinkum Wireless | (based on nbn Fixed Wireless Superfast – NEW)
nbn Fixed Wireless service that can perform to a maximum of 400Mbps download and 8-10Mbps upload. Available to approximately 80% of the upgraded Fixed Wireless coverage area and offers typical busy period speeds (7pm – 11pm) of 95Mbps download and 10Mbps upload.
