Delivery of a MATE SIM card(s) generally takes between 2 – 10 business days once shipped, depending on your location. SIM cards can be delivered to a PO Box if requested before shipment.
If you are a new customer, shipping will take place within one (1) business day following successful payment for your order. We are required to process the first month’s plan fee for each mobile service in advance to order a mobile plan and send out your new SIM card(s).
If you are already a MATE customer and have added a mobile order to an existing MATE account, we will not process any upfront payment for your SIM card.
MATE SIM card(s) are delivered via Australia Post.
