If you have placed an order for a MATE SIM card and don’t wish to activate the SIM or change your mind, then we can provide a refund of the upfront plan fee that was processed, less $10.00 for postage and handling costs.
There is no need to return the SIM card to us if you do not wish to activate the SIM.
