MATE mobile voicemail / MessageBank can be accessed by dialling 101 from your handset. You cannot access your MATE voicemail from another phone.
When you access your MATE mobile voicemail for the first time, the automated voice will ask for a 6-digit PIN.
At this point where you are prompted for a PIN, you will need to enter your own PIN by dialling 6 digits followed by the # key.
If you have any problems, press * to return to the previous menu then press 0 for help.
When recording your personal greeting message, this can’t be any longer than 1 minute in length.
Your voicemail service holds up to 40 messages.
