can I get standalone adsl?

With standalone adsl, you need to be paying for existing phone line rental with another provider (i.e. Telstra), and this phone line must remain active for the duration of your standalone plan with MATE.

You would then effectively pay two separate bills – one for the phone line with your current provider, and one for the adsl with us.

If you are not paying line rental already with another provider, then you are required to go on an adsl Bundle plan and you are not eligible for a standalone adsl service.

MATE is no longer providing new ADSL internet plans. nbn has been rolling out a national broadband infrastructure project to all Australians that is replacing the older ADSL network.
