can I get a technician to come and set up my nbn modem?

If applicable, an nbn™ technician may be required to connect your nbn™ service if this hasn’t been previously connected at your property. However, the nbn™ technician will not set up your modem/router, or connect any of your home devices like smartphones, TVs, laptops etc.
