What is Bundle & Save?
We understand that you have plenty of choices out there when it comes to internet service providers. Which is why we want to reward our customers’ loyalty. With MATE, if you bundle your mobile and internet together, you’ll save $10 per month. That’s a saving of $120 per year!
How do I get the bundle discount?
To get the bundle discount, simply sign up for any nbn or mobile plan. You’ll get the $10 monthly discount as soon as both services are active.
There are instructions above on how to add a service to your account through our self-care portal/APP.
You’re also welcome to give us a call on 13 14 13 so we can add these services for you.
Can I add more than one mobile or internet service to my account?
Yes, you can add more than one mobile or internet service to your account.
However, the discount will be applied only once per internet and mobile bundle.
We do not offer a further discount for having more than one mobile service bundled with your nbn.
You can definitely sign up for more than one mobile plan, however, we only offer a flat $10.00 discount regardless of how many mobiles are added to the account.
Can I bundle & save if I am already with MATE?
Yes! Simply add a service to your account through our self-care portal, myMATE app or call us on 13 14 13. The bundle will automatically apply as soon as both services are active.
Can I bundle & save if I am not a MATE customer yet?
Are there any contracts with mobile or nbn?
With MATE, there are no contracts. Lock-in contracts are a thing of the past, and our mobile and internet services are all month-to-month.
This gives you the freedom to change your plans, mix and match and cancel services when you need. So long as you have multiple services with MATE, you’ll get our Bundle & Save discount.

Once you’re logged in, simply click the “add a new service” option and follow the prompts to submit your order.
