Refunds and returns
Placed an order for a MATE SIM card and don’t wish to activate the SIM or change your mind? No worries mate! We can provide a refund of the upfront plan fee that was processed, less $10.00 for postage and handling costs. More information on our returns policy.
Mobile network coverage
The network capability of MATE’s Brilliant Mates 65GB 5G plan has access to download speeds up to a speed cap of 100mbps on 4G and 5G. Upload speeds will typically be 1 to 40Mbps.
Speeds may vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.
