If you are an existing MATE customer, you can now use our self-care portal or myMATE app to add a new mobile service to your account.
myMATE app (best on mobile devices)
Use your account number (what we like to call your MATE code) to log in to our myMATE app.
Our myMATE app is best if you’re using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. It’s available for Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded on your device using the links below:


Once you’re logged in, simply select “add new service” on the main screen, and follow the prompts to submit your order.
Self-care portal (best on desktop)
Use your account number (what we like to call your MATE code) to log in to our self-care portal.
Our self-care portal is best if you’re using a desktop device like a computer or laptop.
If you have forgotten or don’t know your self-care password, you can use the password recovery function.
Once you’re logged in, simply click the “add a new service” option and follow the prompts to submit your order.
