how do I change my nbn internet plan?

If you are an existing MATE customer, you can now use our self-care portal or myMATE app to change your nbn internet plan.

Any applicable pro-rata charges/credits for the difference in plan fees will be applied accordingly on your next invoice.

The pro-rata charges/credits will appear as two itemised listings on your invoice as the plan was changed during the billing cycle. You will find the breakdown of these charges/credits on the second page of your invoice.
