I don’t want to activate my SIM card, can I return it for a refund?

If you’ve placed an order for a MATE mobile plan but don’t want to activate it or have changed your mind, you may be eligible for a refund of the upfront plan fee, with a small deduction to cover costs.

eSIM

If you’ve ordered an eSIM and decide not to proceed, we can refund your plan fee(s) after deducting $5 for each eSIM order cancelled. This applies to multiple eSIM cancellations, with $5 charged per order.

Physical SIM

For physical SIMs, a refund of your plan fee(s) can be provided after deducting $10 to cover postage and handling.

There is no need to return the SIM card to us if you do not wish to activate it.
