Credit can not be provided if a fault or service disruption is deemed to be outside the Network Boundary Point (NBP) or is an internal issue such as customer premises equipment.
Some examples of the above would be an issue with your modem, a problem with the internal wiring in your home, or a faulty phone socket inside your home.
