how does the bill cycle work and do I need to pay upfront?

All new accounts require upfront payment of all charges for your order to be processed.

Your MATE connection will be invoiced monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date.

Your sign-up date is your bill cycle date. If your service is connected on a date that is not your bill cycle date, then you will see a pro-rated adjustment between your connected date and your bill cycle date.

Once you are connected with MATE, all future invoices are billed in advance (on your bill cycle date), and the payment due date is due 14 days from your invoice issue date/bill cycle date.

If you add service(s) to an existing MATE account, then the next bill you receive will contain a pro-rata adjustment due to the difference in connection date(s) and your bill cycle date.
