Is the myMATE app free to use?

Yes, the myMATE app is free to download and use for all MATE customers.

How do I log in to the myMATE app?

To log in, use your MATE account number (referred to as your MATE code) and your account password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by tapping “Forgot password” in the app, and a reset link will be sent to the registered mobile number on your account.

Can I activate my MATE mobile SIM using the myMATE app?

Yes, you can activate your MATE mobile SIM directly through the myMATE app. After logging in, navigate to the “my orders” section and follow the prompts to activate your SIM.

What is the bundle and save offer?

Our bundle and save offer means that a $10.00 discount will be applied to your internet service each month if there is an eligible MATE mobile service(s) on the account at the time of billing.

For example, our No Worries nbn 100/20 plan is normally $90 per month – if you add a MATE mobile service to the same account, a $10.00 discount will be applied, reducing the monthly nbn plan fee to $80 per month. Combine this with the MATE30 offer and you’ll pay just $50 per month for the first six months!

You can always add services to your account later and still obtain the bundle offer, too! For example, if you have nbn only, you can add a mobile plan to the account later to receive the bundle discount once your mobile service is activated.

How do the "no lock-in contracts" work? Does this mean I can cancel anytime without penalties?

Exactly right! At MATE, we want to keep you because you love our service, not because you’re tied down.

If you decide to leave, you can do so without any exit fees or penalties.
