We’ll pre-configure your modem/router ready to plug and play, and send it direct to your door.
It’s unlocked, so if you ever leave MATE, you can keep your modem with a new provider.
Once you sign up and purchase our modem, we will process payment and dispatch it within 1 business day.
Your modem will be delivered within 5 business days.
During this time period, we will keep you updated via email and SMS.
We’ll email you your tracking number which you can track via Auspost.
