I’ve received an invoice, but my service is not active

Our billing system sets your bill cycle as the date you sign-up with MATE.

An invoice is generated on your sign-up date for any services you have signed up for, even if these services aren’t active. However, don’t worry if your service isn’t active as a pro-rata credit will be applied to your account from your bill cycle date to when your service is activated with MATE.

Any adjustments will come off your first invoice if the invoice hasn’t been debited by the time your service is activated (14 days from when you signed-up).

Any adjustments will come off your second invoice if the invoice has already been debited.
