Your MATE account number (or what we like to call your MATE code) is a six (6) or eight (8) digit number that was sent to you via email and SMS when you signed up.
The email when you signed up will have the subject: “Thanks mate! Here’s your nbn order confirmation” or “Thanks mate! Here’s your mobile order confirmation”.
Your MATE account number/MATE code can also be found on the first page of your MATE monthly invoice.
